Sub-dom goes to tonic like

The church hymn’s benediction

 

The mediant wanders on

Marching: three, six, two, five, one

Jazz aficionados swing

Classical musicians roll

Their eyes- their souls vacating.

 

No one dares resolve with TI

Without SO or RE or Fa

One glorious dominant

Seventh chord slithers into

Heavenly DO MI SO DO

Writing poetry to fit a certain scheme (7 syllables per line) can be very difficult, but it forces a certain creativity in word choice that doesn't exist in free verse. You did a great job.
